Vourvourou is famous about its crystal blue waters and sandy beaches. In just 5-7 minutes driving time you can find the most famous beaches of the area. Our reccomendations are shown on the map below. You have to bring your own beach equipment as the beaches are beach-bar-free and a perfect place to spend the whole day. Sun umbrella, sun-protectors, glasses, hat and off you go!
The famous island of Diaporos is just accross the gulf of Vourvourou and a one day boat trip is a must. You can find numerous boat rental businesses, where you can rent from motor boats, kayaks, sup etc. We strongly reccomend searide.gr as it is one of the oldest and most experienced business in the area.
If you had a busy and tiring day it’s time for dinner. You can find many local restaurants from fish taverns to traditional tavernas and pizzerias on the main road of Vourvourou. A must visit place is the famous Ekies all senses resort, where you can have a special dinner or just your drink next to the beach.
Finally, you can have your daily home supllies in any of the three supermarkets situated along the main road with Dionysos being just 10 minutes walking time away.
